A blend of Sauvignon Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, the 2020 Elevage Blanc fermented in small barrels: one-third new French oak, one-third used French oak and one-third stainless steel. It's a sort of fumé style, with hints of smoke, toast and grapefruit on the nose and plenty of richness on the palate, without being excessively weighty. Lively and refreshing, it should continue to drink well for several years.

This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and the relatively rare variety, Sauvignon Gris. It’s basically a white Bordeaux-style wine, with considerable oak influence.
