The very young 2014 Jaspi Blanc is a fruit-driven, straightforward white with some fennel and white pears that is rather light.

The 2012 Jaspi Blanc is an unoaked blend of 70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeo which matured in contact with the fine lees for three months before bottling. The 2011 Jaspi Blanc, a blend of 70% Garnacha Blanca and 30% Macabeu from 40- to 70-year-old vines from Gandesa, sees no oak and three months lees aging. It has an attractive nose of jasmine and resin aromas that are clean and well-defined. The palate is well-balanced, with caressing, slightly creamy peach and apricot notes that lead to a soft, pine-tinged finish that possesses good length and delineation. Coca I Fito’s 2010 Jaspi Blanc is 100% Garnacha Blanca (the grape that gives Terre Alta its identity) that saw 30% of the wine aged in barrel. Waxy minerals, jasmine, and melon notes inform the nose of this savory, concentrated effort. In the glass it reveals plenty of savory white fruit flavor, impeccable balance, and a medium-long finish.
