The 2010 Etna Rosso is bursting with dark berry fruit, raspberry and wild cherry. The wine shows finesse and elegance, but it has a wild or rustic side as well. The tannins have been well-managed and playful notes of sweet cherry appear on the succulent close. Drink 2014-2020.
The Cambria family is one of the leading forces on Etna and one of the first to experiment with international grapes in these unique, volcanic soils. In fact, the samples submitted this year all have tight ties to Etna wine tradition.
