Ruby-purple colored, the 2010 Pinot Noir has a nose of black cherry and black raspberry over cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and tree bark. Medium-full bodied, it offers a medium level of fine tannins and crisp acidity in the mouth supporting the very good concentration of berry and spice flavors. Pale to medium ruby-purple colored, the 2008 Pinot Noir is just slightly reduced, opening out to earthy notes of loam, forest floor and moss over red cherry and bay leaf.
