Sartori's 2010 Amarone della Valpolicella is one of those wines that is not particularly exciting, but correct and well made nonetheless. Classic aromas of cherry wood, exotic spice and prune lift from the glass. The mouthfeel is slightly leaner than your typical Amarone, but that lighter style works well in this case.

An aromatic Amarone, offering orchard blossom and violet highlights to the subtle cassis, plum skin, pencil shavings, smoke and dried herb flavors.
