The 2019 Laumersheimer Kirschgarten Riesling GG is excitingly pure, intense and lemon-fresh on the chalky-complex, precise, beautifully refreshing and slightly reductive nose with its attractive lime and lemon aromas as well as notes of crushed stones. Full-bodied and very juicy on the palate, this is a pure and energetic, tight and chalky Riesling of great complexity and expression but also finesse. This is a great wine and possibly one of the finest I have tasted from Philipp Kuhn. Tasted as a sample in April 2020.

The 2018 Laumersheimer Kirschgarten Riesling GG is super intense, clear and pure on the chalky and flinty but also delicate and almost floral nose with herbal lemon-zest aromas. Very precise and impressively complex, warm and juicy, with very fine tannin flavors on the palate, this is a rich and powerful yet elegant and seamless Riesling with great intensity and power. An impressive wine. Tasted at the domaine in March 2020.

The 2014 Kirchengarten Riesling trocken GG has intense lemon aromas and a nice purity on the nose that lead to a rich, round, intense and elegant palate with a piquant, powerful, long and really promising finish. Drink this complex wine with its good tannin structure between 2020 and 2025.
