Here's an easygoing wine to wash down with a white pizza or some cheese and crackers at the beach. The Tenuta I Fauri 2017 Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Baldovino opens to grapefruit and lemon, on the acidic side, to pair with pear and white peach on the sweet side. The wine offers a careful, albeit not very complicated, balance between those two contrasts. Fermentation is straightforward in cement vats. Some 15,000 bottles were made.
