The barrel-fermented white 2015 Clos Mustardó Blanc is Garnacha Blanca from the Mas de Mustardó estate in La Morera de Montsant. It's kept with lees in barrel but didn't go through malolactic fermentation. It's spicy and smoky, with some apple and pear aromas intermixed with hints of fennel and aniseed. The palate is light to medium-bodied, quite refreshing and easy to drink. 5,300 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2016.
