The 2010 Eizaguirre Txakoli is made from 100% Hondarribi Zuri, one of the indigenous grapes of the region. The 2006 Txakoli is 100% Handarrabi Zuri aged in stainless steel. Light straw-colored, it offers an expressive nose of fresh herbs, spring flowers, mineral, and green apple.
