With a nose that has clear notes of cider and craft beer, the 2015 Siuralta Ruoge is a pale, slightly cloudy and organic red produced with red and grey Garnacha and 10% Trepat; it has 13% alcohol and a pH of 3.12. The palate has high acidity and sour flavors reminiscent of Lambic beers. One for the initiated. 4,200 bottles.

The light and showy 2014 Siuralta Rouge is a blend of Garnacha Tinta with a little Trepat and Garnacha Gris, which smells of a very young red with traces of carbonic maceration (lollipop, chewing gum), pure raspberry juice.
