With the majority of the grapes from the hot Sacramento Delta and cool Monterey, it’s balanced, with plenty of peach, pear, pineapple and creamy vanilla flavors. The numbers tell the story: Alcohol, at 13.9%, is modest. Residual sugar of only .15 means the wine is bone dry. Meanwhile, acidity of .70 gives the wine a bright, crisp mouthfeel.
