The Di Meo 2019 Greco di Tufo G reveals citrus and honeydew melon, but this wine is also characterized by a pretty mineral tone that runs down the spine of the wine, from bouquet to finish. Between point A and point B, the wine is layered with light fruit, citrus, crushed seashell and some lightly fragrant tones of wild mountain herb or field flowers. Along with those mild, springtime aromas, it also brings the sort of bright acidity that would fully illuminate a nice pennette with ricotta and zucchini flowers. Some 70,000 bottles were made.
