Medium to full-bodied, velvety and dynamic, with lively acids, beautifully refined tannins and a long, penetrating finish, it's worth a special effort to seek out.

The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Les Cabottes was showing especially well, soaring from the glass with a lavish bouquet of cherries, ripe wild berries, candied peel and spices.
