The 2018 Beaune Blanc bursts with aromas of waxy citrus oil, green apples and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, textural and enveloping, with lively acids and a pretty core of fruit.

The 2015 Beaune Villages Blanc was aged in larger barrels of 450-liters in size. It has an attractive fresh pear and subtle tropical tinged-bouquet that opens nicely in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a slightly honeyed entry, a fine line of acidity, but perhaps just missing some nervosité on the marzipan and almond-tinged finish.

The 2014 Beaune Villages Blanc, reduced from 12 to four barrels this year due to hail, has a well defined bouquet with citrus lemon, honeysuckle and fumé aromas that are neatly placed. The palate is crisp on the entry, a touch of lemongrass coming through, though I would like to see a bit more race develop on the finish.
