The 2013 Tabula Rasa is a blend of Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Carignan Blanc that was brought up all in older barrels. Slightly deeper in color than the 2012, it offers classic notes of dried pineapple, honeysuckle, crushed rocks and toast. this is followed by a medium-bodied, full, fleshy and textured white that will do well at the dinner table.
