The 2016 Chablis has a crisp, light, chalky bouquet with just a touch of lemon curd. The palate is light and malic on the entry, fresh but perhaps just missing a little weight on the finish. Drink over the next couple of years.

The 2015 Chablis is clearly a step up from the 2015 Petit Chablis in terms of vigor and complexity; this more rounded with white chocolate and subtle mango scents imparting their own touch of exoticism. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, moderate weight in the mouth and a twist of bitter lemon. It feels just a little austere towards the finish, perhaps because of the generosity of the nose, though the peppery aftertaste lingers nicely in the mouth. Enjoy this Chablis over the next 4-6 years, but don't feel afraid of pulling the cork (or in this case, twisting the Screwcap) without delay.

The 2014 Chablis Village has as lively fresh and slightly granitic bouquet. The palate is crisp on the entry, touches of Granny Smith and lime, decent weight in the mouth with a twist of citrus lemon on the finish. Enjoy this over the next 3 to 4 years.
