The 2016 Alsace Grand Cru Mambourg Riesling is pure but intense and perfectly ripe on the fresh and chalky-spicy nose. Round and silky on the palate, this is a round, very intense, well-structured and firm Riesling with fine tannins and stunning grip and salinity. Very long and highly complex, this is a great wine made for aging. Tasted October 2018.

The intensely yellow-golden 2015 Alsace Grand Cru Mambourg Riesling offers ripe and intense fruit intermixed with a crunchy, almost slatey expression on the nose. Rich, medium-sweet and tropical on the palate, this is a sweet, lush but structured and finely tannic Riesling with great complexity and length. Impressive and long, with great aging potential. Tasted October 2018.
