Caroline Frey always does a solid job with the Jaboulet white wines. Even the 2017 Ventoux les Traverses Blanc is a solid effort, combining pineapple and marshmallow notes with tangerine and lime zest. It's medium-bodied, fresh and clean, with a long, briny finish. Drink this tank-aged blend of Grenache Blanc (70%), Bourboulenc (20%) and Clairette (10%) over the next couple of years.

The 2004 Cotes du Ventoux Les Traverses blanc (100% Grenache Blanc) is a simple, straightforward white offering hints of grapefruit, honey, and dried herbs. Drink it over the next year.
