Produced from equal proportions of 6-year old and over 40-years old vines, this ruby-colored wine (the yields averaged between 40 and 45 hectoliters/hectare) displays sweet black raspberry and cassis aromas. On the palate, the wine is juicy, well-delineated, medium-bodied, with a rich core of blueberries and black cherries. Naddef's judicious use of first year oak barrels provided just a trace of spiciness to this appealing, silky wine. It will provide delicious drinking over the next 3-4 years.Represented by Domaines et Saveurs Collection, Jeanne-Marie de Champs, French Fax: 33-3-80-22-58-25.
