Hailing from one of Jean-Marc Roulot's favorite vintages, the 2007 Meursault Tillets continues to drink very well, offering up a pretty bouquet of citrus zest, crisp green apple, white flowers, blanched almonds and pastry cream. Medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, with a bright spine of acidity and a fleshy core of fruit, it's elegantly muscular, concluding with a saline finish. It seems to have attained an attractive plateau of maturity, as the wine hadn't changed much since I last drank it in 2018.
