15% of the 2010 Sauvignon Blanc was barrel fermented and aged three months before bottles. It has a moderate intensity of green apple, lemon zest and fresh grass aromas. Medium bodied, dry, crisp and with good flavor concentration, it gives a long clean finish. Drink it now through 2012. Dominique Portet does not have a USA importer but exports to Dubai, Hong Kong , China, Holland , Canada and Singapore .
