Thick and luxurious port-style wine with flavors reminiscent of fresh clover honey, molasses, ripe black fruits and currants. The Merlot grapes were harvested late into the season having developed a rich concentration of varietal qualities. This complex dessert wine is pleasantly intense and a perfect choice for engaging company. Pair with mild cheeses and fruit or dark chocolate. Very limited production.
