A blend of Friulano, Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay, the Fantinel 2017 Collio Frontiere Tenuta Sant'Helena opens to a luminous and bright appearance followed by grapefruit, white peach, sage and crushed limestone. It reveals a lean-bodied approach and some mild creaminess on the finish, with balanced acidity and a bright personality. This would be nice with a typical Friulian artichoke and anchovy recipe. Some 13,000 bottles were produced.

The 2013 Collio Frontiere Tenuta Sant'Helena is a blend of 50% Friulano, 30% Pinot Bianco and 20% Chardonnay. The wine offers an interesting bouquet with aromas of honeydew melon, peach and dried herbs. The wine shows moderate complexity, but a very drinkable and approachable style that would pair well with seafood or vegetables. There is a spicy point of acidity on the close.
