Finca La Estacada’s new releases include one white wine, the 2008 Blanco, a blend of Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Sauvignon Blanc sourced from a single 60 year old vineyard, fermented and aged in stainless steel. It gives up a perfume of fresh herbs, spring flowers, mineral, clover, and citrus.
