The 2008 Synthesis Sauvignon Blanc is light straw-colored with a green tint. It offers up a bouquet of baking spices, fresh herbs, citrus, and melon, has some elevated acidity (at the expense of some fruit), and a slightly clipped finish. Drink it over the next 2 years.
