The Fontanafredda 2018 Roero Arneis Pradalupo (that I tasted from a 375-milliliter bottle) is a fun and interesting white wine that offers a combination of characteristic aromas that span from white flower to bitter almond and freshly cut summer grass. The Arneis grape shows natural fiber and glycerin that give the wine a weighty center of gravity. Those qualities make it perfect for slightly heavier foods like fried shrimp or calamari rings.
