The 2013 Ecologic is a blend of 65% Garnacha, 15% Cari?ena, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 5% Syrah. The wine has 15.5% alcohol, overripe aromas and a rustic palate.

The 2012 Ecologic is a little less ripe than the 2013 and the regular Genium Celler, but it's still for those tolerant of very ripe reds with 16% alcohol.

The 2007 Genium Ecologic is made up of 50% Garnacha, 30% Merlot, 10% Syrah, and 10% Carinena aged in 50% new French oak for 6 months. Opaque purple in color with a reticent nose of black cherry and mineral, on the palate it is structured and lacking complexity. The flavors are tasty but the finish is firm and compact. It is likely to evolve for several years, so perhaps the wine can pull itself together while in time-out in the cellar. The 2006 Genium Ecologic was produced from organically certified grapes from a single vineyard. It was aged in 50% new French oak for six months. It exhibits a bouquet of wood smoke, liquid mineral, incense, and black cherry. More structured than the Genium bottling and a bit more complex on the palate, it will develop in the bottle for 3-5 years and provide prime drinking from 2012 to 2023.
