The Mosconi cru is located in Monforte d'Alba, and this is another classic in this portfolio from Gianni Gagliardo. I like it because of its precision and the solid nature of the fruit. There is power here, but the 2017 Barolo Mosconi is also long and polished. However, the oak is a little on the heavy side for my liking in this Barolo, as it was in the others. This was a release of 1,136 bottles.
