Gibbston Valley’s 2008 Riesling displays intense lime juice, honeysuckle, fresh pear slice, beeswax and peach blossom aromas. Dry with a suggestion of sweetness (7.9 grams per liter of residual sugar), the medium bodied Riesling has good concentration crisp acidity and a long zesty finish. Drinking now, it should cellar to 2016. No known USA importer.
