The 1999 Barolo Bricco is notably different on the nose than the Villero, with notes of plums, tobacco, and minerals. As concentrated as Villero, it is riper, sweeter, more velvety and caressing, but with a depth that suggests that this is a wine to wait for, to drink between 2006 and 2020.
