There is a series of pure Xarello produced in different ways, like the 2014 Xarello Font Jui that showed some advanced aromas of honey and pollen. This one, from vines planted in the year 2000, is not new; it has been produced for some ten years now, and it's the barrel fermented one, where the oak is really imperceptible and nicely integrated. The palate shows piercing acidity, in contrast with the more developed nose. 6,000 bottles.
