The 2008 Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon has a very deep garnet-purple color and fragrant mint and eucalyptus aromas over warm cassis, plus some cardamom. The acid on this full bodied wine is very high, cutting through the warm berried, juicy fruit with firm fine tannins and a long finish. It's ready to drink now, though it should keep to 2015+.
