The 2008 El Conquistador, a blend of 47% Tempranillo, 33% Mourvedre, and 20% Syrah, is sourced entirely from one parcel in the Elderding Vineyard. Aromas of earth and underbrush intermingle with violets, blueberry, and blackberry setting the stage for a savory, racy wine with some complexity and plenty of verve.
