The 2007 Private Bin Pokolbin Dry Shiraz provides a deep garnet-purple color and intense dark cherry, earth and game aromas with a dash of black pepper. Medium to full body with medium to high acidity and a medium level of velvety tannins. Long finish. Drink now to 2016.The 2007 vintage wines from Tulloch that I tasted could be solidly recommended.Tulloch do not have an importer in the USA but they are exporting to Belgium, Canada, the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, China and Finland.

The 2007 Pokolbin Dry Red Shiraz has very spicy aromas of cinnamon, anise and black pepper over earthy nuances of loam and iron ore. Medium body with medium to high acidity and a medium level of fine tannins. Long finish revealing a little unmarried oak. Drink now to 2016.
