Outside the U.S., this wine is normally found as Chenin Blanc, and it seems sad that the U.S. importer wanted to revert to the old South African name for the varietal. It is particularly a shame because this is a good value wine, with ripeness, softness and plenty of acidity to go with the pear fruit flavors.
