The light ruby-colored 1993 Pinot Noir Grand Cuvee and the 1993 Pinot Noir Reserve possess more flavor and intensity than their rose, "white zinfandel" color suggests. Both reveal herbaceous notes that, in the case of the Reserve, may be too exaggerated for some readers. However, both wines also offer good sweet berry fruit, with the Grand Cuvee exhibiting more ripeness, depth, and a longer finish. Both wines are immediately accessible and should be consumed over the next 2-3 years. The Grand Cuvee displays a more expansive palate and longer finish.Tel. (707) 829-2609
