The 2012 Blanco Fermentado en Barrica has an unusually high percentage of Malvasia Riojana (40%) and the rest is Viura. It displays a bright pale yellow color and a very balsamic nose with notes of bay leaf and some pollen and green apple overtones. In the palate it is rather light, fresh and easy to drink, with clean flavors and enough persistence. Drink 2014-2015.
