The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is concentrated and minty, just as we would expect from the Coonawarra terroir. It has loads of cocoa, dark cooking spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla pod, cloves) and a profusion of black berries of all kinds. This is varietal, fresh, firm. 14.5% alcohol, sealed under Stelvin.

The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon shows hints of redder fruit in its aromas of cherries and cassis. Accented by subtle pencil shaving notes, it's a medium to full-bodied wine, with classic Coonawarra Cabernet structure. Intense, pure and flavorful, it offers hints of mint, a mix of red and black fruit and a long, silky but firm finish.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon gives aromas of fresh black currant, blackberries and dried Provence herbs with nuances of menthol, toast, yeast extract and pencil lead. Medium to full bodied, taut and muscular in the mouth, it is firmly structured with very crisp acid and a medium to firm level of grainy tannins, finishing long and pure.
