The 2009 Shiraz provides a very deep garnet-purple color and an expressive nose of crushed blackberries, black currant, warm black cherries and Indian spices plus a whiff of red blossoms. Very crisp acid cuts through the generous flesh with a low to medium level of grainy tannins to lend texture. The finish is long and fruity. Drinking now, it should keep to 2015. Deep garnet colored, the 2008 Shiraz displays aromas of warm blackberry, blueberry pie, spice box, anise and a whiff of pepper. Very crisp, rich and full with a medium level of velvety tannins and medium-long finish, this wine should drink well for the next 4-5 years. No known USA importer.

The 2005 Epsilon Shiraz comes from 32-year-old vines in Greenock. It was aged for 10 months in seasoned French oak. Purple-colored, it has an excellent bouquet of cedar, tobacco, violets, plum and blueberry. Medium-bodied, the wine has excellent depth, layered blue fruit flavors, and ripe tannins. It will evolve for 3-5 years and drink well through 2017 but can be enjoyed now. The 2004 Shiraz Epsilon (all from the Greenock Creek area) is a big, layered, textbook Shiraz possessing a dense ruby/purple color as well as loads of creme de cassis, peppery blackberry fruit, and hints of road tar and earth.
