A blend of primarily Grenache with touches of Syrah and Mourvedre, the 2007 Altas Vinas exhibits outstanding potential. A seamless wine, offering sweet tannin, beautifully pure kirsch, black raspberry, and licorice notes, a sweet mid-palate, medium to full body, and a long finish, it should turn out to be a stunning effort after bottling.
