The blend is half Dolcetto, 40% Baco Noir, and the rest a mix of Tempranillo and Syrah. Creative, to be sure. What emerges is a rustic, fruity, forward, simple and slightly gamy red, the sort of wine that might be served in a carafe in a Mediterranean cafe.
