Relatively light in hue, the 2019 Jester Grenache is fragrant and floral on the nose, hinting at raspberries and strawberries, roses and herbal tea. It's medium-bodied and silky, from a block that had gone into some other company's rosés in the past. It's pretty, charming and fresh, even if it doesn't show a huge amount of depth or richness.

Any reductive notes have vanished from the 2016 Jester Grenache, leaving behind a nose of strawberries, red raspberries and red plums. It's medium to full-bodied yet light and delicate at the same time. Drink it over the next 3-4 years.
