Medium to deep ruby-purple in color, the 2010 Target Gully Pinot Noir displays notes of kirsch and dried mulberries with nuances of blueberry preserves, baking spices and oolong tea. Medium to full-bodied, the palate offers a great concentration of slowly evolving red berry flavors supported by a medium level of grainy tannins and refreshing acidity, finishing with very good persistence. Ruby in color, the 2009 Target Gully Pinot Noir displays fragrant red cherry and pomegranate aromas with nuances of black pepper, spice box and damp earth. Medium bodied, tight-knit, and minerally in the mouth, it’s got a good foundation of medium-firm level of fine tannins and crisp acid, and finishes long.
