The 2009 Moutere Pinot Gris provides subtle apple and pear aromas with a touch of toast. On the lighter side of medium bodied, the off-dry palate presents a little sweetness (12.1 grams per liter of residual sugar), medium-high acid, with good concentration and a creamy texture, finishing long.
