The 2015 Lobetia Tempranillo is sourced from their own young vines that are organically and biodynamically farmed with drip irrigation; the grapes were harvested at night and fermented in stainless steel with micro-oxygenation in the tank and bottled unoaked. It's rather simple, but it's clean, has good intensity and smells of Tempranillo from La Mancha, with a light and fresh palate, with no complications. 200,000 bottles produced.
