The 2013 Pablo Claro Selección Especial Graciano Cabernet Sauvignon, from a warm growing season and average rains in the La Mancha zone, is a 50/50 of the two grapes that fermented in cement vats and matured in a mixture of French and American oak barrels for one year. It's rather oaky with a mixture of sweet spices, smoke and coconut that cover the core of berry aromas. The palate shows similar flavors and a finish dominated by the wood. Straightforward, for fans of oaky reds. 50,000 bottles.
