This full, opulent style of wine went through 100% malolactic and was aged in one-third new French oak, one-third neutral oak, and one-third stainless steel. This seems to have given the wine an exuberant, wonderfully fresh, rather ostentatious fruit quality, ranging from nectarines, white currant, and honeyed citrus to peach and some tropical fruit. It is a wonderfully fleshy, full-bodied wine, but at the same time elegant, with the oak clearly pushed way into the background. Drink it over the next 2-4 years. Tel.
