Honey-rich sweetness marks this Chardonnay, which is almost like a dessert wine. The sweet taste comes from the tangerine and apricot fruit, which may have a little residual sugar, from the glycerine of alcohol, and from the caramelized sweetness and buttered toast of oak barrels.
