The 2018 Corrina's Cabernet Shiraz includes 65% and 35%, respectively, of the two varieties. Cabernet dominates the nose, which hints at mint and cassis, along with touches of cedar and vanilla. In the mouth, it's arguably still more Cab, with a sense of structured restraint on the medium-bodied palate, a streamlined feel and ample length.

A co-fermented blend of the two varieties, the 2016 Corrina's Shiraz Cabernet delivers classic notes of vanilla, mint and cassis on the nose.
