The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon’s opaque ruby/purple color is followed by sweet aromas of white flowers, black currants, chocolate, and background wood. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon possesses14.5% alcohol, so there is plenty of body as well as sweetness from the glycerin and alcoholic warmth. Sweet tannin in the finish is well-integrated.
